| Dear Parent / Caregiver, Help us celebrate public school educators during Teacher Appreciation Week by nominating a UFT member who has made a difference in your child’s life! We know this school year has been challenging for families and educators alike. Teacher Appreciation Week in early May is an opportunity to express our gratitude. Please tell us about a teacher who has gone above and beyond to support your child this school year. Nominate a teacher You can use the same form to tell us about a paraprofessional, counselor, social worker or other educator who has helped your child, too.
