DIIT Process for Setting up, Activating, or Resetting School Mailbox For Parent Leaders

Dear Presidents’ Council Presidents and Family Leadership Coordinators

 
In order to maintain security of the DOE schools’ mailboxes and streamline communications with DIIT moving forward when it comes to setting up, activating, or resetting any school mailbox (Parent Association and School Leadership Teams included), the request must come from either the principal, assistant principal, or payroll secretary of the school with their employee ID or file verification to DIIT by calling the DOE Help Desk at 718-935-5100. The Help Desk is available 24/7. 
 
For Presidents’ Councils the request must come from the Family Leadership Coordinator of your respective district with employee ID or file verification to DIIT by calling the DOE Help Desk at 718-935-5100.
 
The process would be for all the above-mentioned staff to call DIIT for immediate service or to open a ticket for escalation if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
