The NYCDOE is proposing updates to the Code of Conduct and District–wide Safety Plan for school year 2022-2023.

Please note that any updates to the plan are reflected in red font. Members of the public may share feedback regarding these proposed changes to dcode@schools.nyc.gov no later than September 1, 2022.
On September 1, 2022, NYCDOE will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom from 5-6pm where NYCDOE will review the proposed updates and welcome any feedback.
