I hope this message finds you enjoying this fabulous weather. I wanted to share that the UFT is sponsoring a bus to Albany on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023 to oppose Gov. Hochul’s charter school expansion plan. To sign up, please fill out the registration link below and by all means, share the flier attached. The bus will 1st pick up at the Brooklyn UFT office – 335 Adams St. at 7:30AM – And the – 2nd pick up at the Bronx UFT office – 2500 Halsey St. at 8:30AM
It would be so helpful to this cause if you could share with anyone who may want to join us for this fight.
For our bus riders, breakfast and informational materials about this campaign will be provided, as well as a box lunch when arriving in the state’s capital, Albany. The bus will be departing Albany promptly at 4:00PM.
