Eligibility

Must be a parent of a current High School student in Queens

How to Apply

Please e-mail the completed application to the office of Family and Community Engagement (FACE) at:

or mail it to 52 Chambers Street, Room 405, New York, NY 10007

Please notify CCHS at CCHS@schools.nyc.gov of application submission.

Please do not send CCHS your application.

The deadline to apply is February 27th.

Queens Rep Position term ends June 30th, 2023.
