Good Afternoon Everyone,
This year families with a child in a District 75 school or program can vote for a District 75 representative to sit on each local Community Education Council.
Forums are the best opportunity for the community to meet the candidates running for a council seat. The District 75 candidate forums are organized by District 75 Presidents’ Council in collaboration with the Office of Family and Community Empowerment (FACE).
For the 2023 elections, all forums will be held on a virtual meeting platform and will begin at 6 PM. This forum is for candidates and for parents voting. Information on Candidate Forums can be found on the DOE website http://www.schools.nyc.gov/Candidate Forums
Register to attend the forum here to meet the candidates running for the Queens District 75 Education Council on Thursday, March 23, 2023. You can find all the candidates for the 32 Community Education Councils and the 4 Citywide Councils. Search by individual candidate or see all the candidates for a council here!
Please share the attached flyers widely for Queens District 75 Forum on and forward to all parent contacts you may as a reminder. We look forward to having you at the forums and wish all candidates the best of luck in the elections!
Thank you,
The FACE Team
