Hello,
I would like to invite you to our 3rdKicking It With Van-Ess at Campus Magnet on April 28th from 9am-1pm. Our first took place at Richmond Hill HS in District 27 and our second took place at Metropolitan HS in District 29. We will conclude the series in District 27, visiting our Far Rockaway Campus in May.
Kicking It With Van-Ess is an opportunity to dismantle the perceptions of some of our Queens South High Schools by offering our community and elected officials an opportunity to learn about our school by experiencing our schools, first hand. The leaders of the campus will showcase scalable and promising practices, programs, and course offerings and the community will have a front row seat in learning about the student experience. We will walk the perimeter of the campus, engage in conversation, and spend the day in community with our community. We only have one request: wear comfortable sneakers and enjoy the day!
