Dear friends,
It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Achilles International now has a new running and walking workout session in the Bronx on Wednesdays from 6pm-7:30pm. Workouts will be held at the Aileen B. Ryan Recreational Complex’s track located in Pelham Bay Park.
If you are driving or taking MTA Paratransit, please use this address to either park or be dropped off in the parking lot adjacent to the track’s entrance at: 3505 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY 10461.
The workout is open to all disabilities however those who use motorized chairs should bring a manual wheelchair or sportschair to workout in. We do ask and require that you sign up for our workouts at: www.achillesinternational.rosterfy.com. We do offer an adaptive cycling workout on Wednesdays in the Bronx but at another location. Go to: www.achillesinternational.org for more information.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Hector Ramirez at hramirez@achillesinternational.org or Alexandra Hoffman at Alexandra.hoffman@einsteinmed.edu. They would both be happy to hear from you and help you in anyway possible.
We look forward to seeing you there. Thank you!
Bill Reilly
