FACE – General Open Meetings Law Requirements Reminder

Dear Council Members,

Hope all are well. As you know June 19, 2023, is the deadline on the executive order extending the COVID-related state disaster emergency – barring any additional extensions, CCEC meetings will need to be in-person again.

Please see attached documents for guidance on procedures set forth in the most recent amendments to the Open Meetings Law (OML) and additional information on what is required to hold a hybrid meeting in compliance with OML (if you intend to host 100% in-person meetings, you do not need to do anything).
