The New York Road Runners are thrilled to once again host the Queens 10k on Saturday, June 17th at 7:45am. As you may know, the race starts and finishes in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park near the Fountain of the Planets. Runners will go on an adventurous tour of the park over the 10-kilometer distance with sights including the Unisphere, Citi Field, and the Queens Museum. We will alert local community boards as well as businesses, residences, and other institutions along the route. However, to help ensure that community members are aware of road closures on Saturday, we would appreciate if you could share any email communications going out to your district as we approach the event.
