Did you know that babies born in Queens Village are more likely to pass away before their first birthday? Queens Healthy Start’s Community Action Network is dedicated to making a difference! Join us on Saturday June 24th as we gather local elected officials, medical providers, and community members to talk about ways we can improve birth outcomes and the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors.
We are inviting community providers, Queens Village and Jamaica/Southeast Queens residents for a day of action!
Lunch, childcare, MetroCards and gift cards available for the first 75 individuals that RSVP.
Every Baby Counts: Community Awareness and Action
When: Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Lunch will be served from 12- 12:30 p.m.
