Hello all –
Are you looking to connect with Staten Island families, especially families on the North Shore with children 12 and under? Snug Harbor’s SprinklerFest is coming soon! Each year, hundreds of households come to connect with community resources and celebrate summer in the sprinklers at this free event. We invite you to come table at the event. Promotions for this event reach thousands of households across the borough and beyond. The 2023 SprinklerFest is sponsored in part by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, thanks to NYS Assemblyman Charles D. Fall.
The event is on July 21 from 12:00 – 4:00. Vendors will load in between 9:00 – 10:30 and load out 4:00 – 5:00. You must bring your own table, chairs, and tent. Tents may not be staked: they must be sand-bagged. Remember that this is a day when everyone gets wet, so please plan accordingly!
We welcome community-rooted organizations in four ways:
1 – Organizations that sell goods and services to families can table for a $25 fee by registering here:
2 -Organizations that sell food to families that table for a $45 fee by registering here:
You may not use an open flame. You can only use glycol-based chafers. You must remove your trash from the premises.
3 – Organizations that provide family health and wellness resources can table for free. Please be clear about what resources you will be providing families at SprinklerFest, and what resources you need on site.
4 – Organizations that are interested in gaining visibility in promotions and throughout the event, please respond to learn more about sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship runs from $250 – $5000.
Vendor registration closes by July 14.
