Please be advised that the following legislation has been removed from this hearing.
· Int. No. 003 (Ayala), a Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the police department’s response to students in emotional crisis in public schools
We now expect to hear Int. No. 003 at the joint Education and Public Safety hearing scheduled for 10/25, which will be noticed shortly.
