Hey there, NYCPS families! Our team at NYCPS Literacy Collaborative is evaluating ELA curriculum for grades 6 to 12, and we’re excited to hear YOUR thoughts!
🔍 What’s Happening?
Join us in two interactive Zoom sessions where we’ll delve into the ELA curriculum options under consideration.
- For Middle School – Dive into “HMH Into Literature”, “EL ELA”, “AmplifyELA”, “Reading Reconsidered”, and “Wit & Wisdom ELA”.
- For High School – Explore “StudySync”, “FishTank ELA”, “CommonLit”, “myPerspectives”, and “ODELL HS Literacy Program”.

🎯 Focus:
We’ll highlight 7th grade for MS and 9th grade for HS, reviewing the scope and sequence and zooming into a unit plan. Engage in discussions, view materials, and conclude with a feedback survey.
