Fall 2023 MTA Customers Count Survey – Take the Survey!

Dear Valued MTA Customer,  

This is a reminder that there is still time to take part in the MTA’s Fall 2023 MTA Customers Count Survey! The survey will help us improve service for all of our valued customers. Below is a link allowing you to give your opinion on whichever MTA service you use – Subway, Buses, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, or Access-A-Ride Services. Giving us your views on all attributes will take less than 15 minutes and will help us understand what we are doing well and how we can improve.
