Community and Citywide Education Council (CCEC) elections — hosted by FACE at Tweed!

CCECs are legally mandated advisory bodies that play a crucial role in shaping policies and priorities for New York City Public Schools. From working alongside superintendents to approving zoning lines and offering systemwide recommendations, CCECs help ensure that parent voices are at the heart of educational decision-making.

Starting April 25, parents of NYCPS students will have the opportunity to make their voices heard by voting in this year’s election. To support participation, we’re offering an in-person voting option at Tweed, exclusively for NYCPS parents who work in the building.

Here’s what you need to know:

Location: Room 109, Tweed

Dates: Tuesday, April 29 – 11:30-2:30 pm | Wednesday, April 30 – 11:30-2:30 pm
