
Get support and information about autism You’re invited to an in-person conversation about autism for Queens parents and caregivers. We’ll discuss challenges and opportunities in school, the transition into adulthood, adult day services and more. Our speakers are Allison Guttu, a pro-bono attorney, Leona S. Fowler, an instructional support teacher in District 75 and Gloria Corsino, a parent advocate and autism advocate. The meeting will be held at the UFT’s Queens borough office, and a free bus will be provided from Jamaica. On-site child care will be provided. Breakfast and lunch will be served. |
