- Receiving online support through SupportHub to get answers to frequently asked questions about NYCPS, filing a ticket to request technology support, or requesting information or support via chat!
- Connecting with your school community and elected parent groups in your district and receive information about meetings, events, and learning opportunities from the parent leader volunteers on the Community and Citywide Education Councils (CCECs) and your school’s Parent Association/Parent Teacher Association (PA/PTA).
